What if I want to cancel my order?

If you have placed an order and you have completed your payment, and you want to CANCEL, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you are uncertain about something on your order and you think you want to change it, please contact us and we will put the order on hold until you have made your decision. This will put your order on hold so you still have a chance to make changes.

If the goods have already been delivered we cannot cancel or change the order. Please refer to our Return and Refund policy.

If you want to cancel an order because you are ADDING further products, you do not have to cancel the previous items. Just make a new order and complete the payment and be sure to contact us as soon as possible, we will combine the orders and reimburse the repeated shipping fee.

All dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 72 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your dress is tailor made for your special day, orders cancelled after 72 hours are subject to a handling fee equalling 30% of the item price.
